Rachelle Campbell, MA, LPC

Rachelle received her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and her Master’s in Counseling from Oakland University in 2004.

She has 24 years of teaching experience at the elementary and middle school levels. She started her private practice in 2007 as an outreach counselor helping individuals and families with a variety of mental health issues and life challenges. In both education and counseling she gained experience with at-risk children.

Rachelle provides a holistic and eclectic approach to therapy. She feels each person has different needs and tailors her techniques accordingly. She will incorporate bioenergetics in her treatment plans.

Rachelle is Certified in EMDR, Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code and is a Holy Fire Reiki Master. She is also a certified supervisor for LLC’s.

Olivia Messer, MA, LLC

Olivia's greatest passion is helping individuals to reclaim and reconnect with the lost parts of themselves, wake up to their full potential, and live a more authentic and empowered life. She holds her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health from Oakland University. She specializes in anxiety, self-development, trauma-informed therapy, stress management, and more. Her approach is predominantly humanistic and somatic-based, emphasizing the connection between mind and body. Healing can be hard, but it doesn't always have to be. Let Olivia walk with you on your journey. You don’t have to carry it all on your own. 

Kathleen Roberts, LMSW

Kathy is a fully licensed LMSW therapist with a strong interest in holistic health and mental health care. Her approach to counseling is holistic and client centered, supporting the integration of body, mind, and spirit.

She earned her MSW from Michigan State University in 2001 as a non-traditional (older) student specializing in addiction. She completed two internships at Brighton Addiction Hospital and subsequently worked there as a therapist. As a recovering alcoholic with more than 30 years of sobriety Kathy takes joy in supporting people on their recovery journey.

Prior to earning her MSW, Kathy completed two units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) at Beaumont Hospital and worked for four years as a night and weekend Chaplain at Beaumont Hospital and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. She has also worked as a Hospice Chaplain and Bereavement Coordinator. In addition, she has extensive experience working with young people, ages 11 to adult, both as a teacher and a therapist.

Kathleen Sable, MA, LLPC, eRYT200, YACEP

Kathleen believes healing is a process of transformation. Her approach helps clients uncover the strengths and wisdom already within them, moving from simply surviving toward living with greater authenticity and alignment. Rooted in growth and guided by evidence-based care, therapy with Kathleen honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Kathleen specializes in holistic and EMDR therapy for trauma, anxiety, grief, caregiver burnout, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), and the emotional challenges that can accompany dementia and life-changing diagnoses. Her approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with mindfulness, somatic and mind-body practices, and more than 20 years of experience in yoga and contemplative practices.

With more than two decades of experience supporting individuals and families impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, Kathleen brings a unique understanding of caregiving, grief, identity changes, and the complexities of navigating cognitive change.

Whether healing from the past, navigating a difficult transition, caring for someone you love, or seeking a deeper sense of purpose, Kathleen thoughtfully tailors therapy to each client’s unique experiences, strengths and goals.

As an Oxygen Advantage® Advanced Instructor, Monique is passionate about empowering individuals to optimize their well-being through breathwork. With extensive training and certification in the Oxygen Advantage® Program, she specializes in teaching people how to leverage the power of breath to enhance their physical and mental health. Whether it's reducing stress, improving athletic performance, or boosting overall vitality, she is committed to helping people achieve their full potential through mindful breathing techniques.

Megan Fortin, Certified Life Coach Embodiment Coach, Essential Emotions Coach, Social Work Student

Megan is a Certified Coach, Essential Emotions Coach, and Social Work student who supports individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom. Her work blends mindfulness, emotional processing, and somatic awareness to help clients gently release stored stress, navigate life transitions, and cultivate deeper self-trust. Megan offers a grounded, compassionate approach that honors the whole person—mind, body, and emotions—creating a safe space for meaningful and lasting change.

Reiki Practitioner

Natalie Brassert, BA in Divinity, Reiki Practitioner,

Natalie is a singer, songwriter, and energy healer. She has studied with the Self Realization Fellowship, University of Metaphysical Sciences, and is a practicing End of Life Counselor. In addition to hosting sound healings, she recently began learning more about plant medicines and holding cacao ceremonies! She has been leading a local meditation group for two years and looks forward to furthering her practice at Beyond Mindful. Offering Meditation and Song Bath Healing Sessions.

Yoga

Brooke Polcyn, YRT 200

Brooke has been a Holistic Health Practitioner that has been teaching yoga for 8 years. She encourages her students to focus on breathwork and enjoy the healing of their practice while also providing anatomy expertise. She teaches a large variety of classes and can customize the practice to your needs and goals. You will leave her classes feeling refreshed, renewed and restored.
