Sera Kluck RYT 200

When I went to my first yoga class in 2007, I had no idea it would be a kairos moment. I was surprised at how much the practice challenged my body and mind. Since then, yoga has become a very important part of my daily life. I love that my mat is a safe place for me to be exactly as I am and a place to go where I can get just what I need. Sometimes that means a vigorous workout. Other times I just need to be still and breathe, which is often more difficult. I combined my passion for teaching and my love for yoga by completing my RYT200 teacher training at Red Lotus Yoga with Brian Granader in 2015. I went on to complete yin teacher training with Bethany Perry the same year. I am honored to be able to share this practice with others because I know what a healing and transformative effect it can have on our entire well-being. My goal is to provide an environment where students can quiet their mind and care for their bodies. By giving ourselves the gift of this practice, I truly feel like it can help us be our best selves…on and off of our mats.
